Colour in the bush. . .

There are some colourful spots of Spring in the the bush that are bursting forth here and there.

Spring in Paxton Bush

This is a young great horned owl that is lodged in an old tree in "the Bush".  Covered in down, he's not ready to take flight.  He (or she) is still fed by mom & dad, as in rabbits, for instance.

Here is another "creature" I spotted in an old tree in the bush.  Nice smile, very friendly.

There's not much colour in the bush, but note the lovely reflections.
